About Maxiva

When organizations work better, they can serve better.

Maxiva helps nonprofits spend less time managing disconnected systems and more time advancing their missions.

Our Story & Purpose

Strengthening one organization can extend help to the many people it serves

  1. The gap

Nonprofits exist to serve people, but everyday work becomes harder when the tools supporting it don't connect. Staff re-enter information, reconcile conflicting records and spend hours assembling reports. Marketing teams face the same gaps when planning campaigns or following up with supporters.

  2. Our belief

Maxiva was created around a simple belief: strengthening one organization that serves people can extend help to the many people it serves.

  3. The work

We bring together technology and marketing expertise to improve the systems behind a nonprofit's work — connecting a website form to Salesforce, reducing duplicate records, automating routine follow-up, or building reporting that gives leaders a clearer view of performance.

  4. Ongoing support

Our work continues through ongoing support, without long-term contracts. We help organizations maintain their systems, refine workflows and coordinate marketing as priorities evolve. A focused project can be the first step.

  5. The purpose

The purpose is practical: give nonprofit teams more time, better information and dependable expertise to advance their missions.

Sayed Fazil, Founder & CEO

Maxiva was founded by Sayed Fazil, whose desire to help people began early — through teaching and community service — and grew through nonprofit leadership, public service, international development and technology.

Sayed has held CIO and CEO roles with nonprofit organizations in the United States and other countries, and works as a data scientist. He has led the build of systems such as fully automated reconciliation for web and app donations and duplicate management in Salesforce. That experience has shown him what committed teams can achieve with the right systems — and how disconnected tools, manual processes and limited access to specialist expertise hold them back.

Maxiva was created to close that gap. It brings together a project manager and specialists in development, business analysis, marketing and design to help nonprofits make practical improvements and keep them working through ongoing support.

For Sayed, Maxiva is about strengthening the organizations that serve people, so their impact can reach further.
